Ngicela uqaphele:

(1) Ama-gasket e-EPDM akufanele axhumane nezinyibilikisi ezinuka kamnandi isikhathi esingaphezu kwesigamu sehora.

(2) Uhlangothi olungemuva lwepuleti alukwazi ukuthinta umhlabathi ngqo lapho luhlanzwa.

(3) Ngemva kokuhlanza ngamanzi, hlola ngokucophelela amapuleti nama-gasket futhi akukho zinsalela ezifana nezinhlayiya eziqinile kanye nemicu eshiywe ebusweni bepuleti ezivunyelwe. I-gasket ehlutshiwe neyonakele kufanele inamathiselwe noma ishintshwe.

(4) Uma kwenziwa ukuhlanza ngomshini, ibhulashi lensimbi alivunyelwe ukusetshenziswa ukugwema ukuklwebha ipuleti kanye ne-gasket.

(5) Uma uhlanza ngesibhamu samanzi esinomfutho ophezulu, ipuleti eliqinile noma ipuleti eliqinisiwe kumele lisetshenziswe ukusekela uhlangothi lwangemuva lwepuleti (leli puleti kufanele lithinteke ngokuphelele nepuleti lokushintshanisa ukushisa) ukuvimbela ukuguguleka, ibanga phakathi kwe-nozzle nepuleti lokushintshanisa akufanele libe ngaphansi kwama-200 mm, umfutho ophezulu wokujova awudluli ku-8Mpa; Okwamanje, ukuqoqwa kwamanzi kufanele kuqaphele uma kusetshenziswa isibhamu samanzi esinomfutho ophezulu ukugwema ukungcolisa endaweni kanye neminye imishini.

2  Ukuhlanza ngamakhemikhali

d) Zungezisa isisombululo sokuhlanza imizuzu eyi-10-15 ngesivinini sokugeleza kwemidiya esingu-0.1 ~ 0.15m/s;

e) Ekugcineni phinda ujikeleze imizuzu emi-5 kuya kweyishumi ngamanzi ahlanzekile. Okuqukethwe kwe-chloride emanzini ahlanzekile kufanele kube ngaphansi kwama-25ppm.

Ngicela uqaphele:

(1) Uma le ndlela yokuhlanza isetshenziswa, uxhumano olusele luzohlala ngaphambi kokuhlanganiswa ukuze uketshezi lokuhlanza lukhishwe kahle.

(2) Amanzi ahlanzekile kufanele asetshenziswe ekuhlanzeni i-heat exchanger uma kuhlanzwa ngemuva.

(3) I-ejenti yokuhlanza ekhethekile kufanele isetshenziswe ekuhlanzeni ukungcola okukhethekile ngokusekelwe ezimweni ezithile.

(4) Izindlela zokuhlanza ngomshini namakhemikhali zingasetshenziswa ndawonye.

(5) Kungakhathaliseki ukuthi iyiphi indlela esetshenziswayo, i-hydrochloric acid ayivunyelwe ukuhlanza ipuleti lensimbi engagqwali. Amanzi anokuqukethwe kwe-chlorion okungaphezu kuka-25 ppm awakwazi ukusetshenziselwa ukulungisa uketshezi lokuhlanza noma ipuleti lensimbi engagqwali elihlanjululwe.
